Grandmaster Carter Hargrave

Grandmaster Carter Hargrave Grandmaster Hargrave is the Grandmaster of American Combat Kempo and is President of the World Kempo Association as well as the American Combat Kempo Association. Hargrave is a Master Instructor in Jeet Kune Do, and is President of the World Jeet Kune Do Federation. He is a member of the World Budo Alliance and serves as the grading board Chairman, and is a member of the World Soke Council."
