Grandmaster Guy Paikai
Professor Guy Paikai was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. Professor Paikai has been a student and teacher in Kenpo Karate since 1963. Professor Paikai had the opportunity to study under several of Masters from different disciplines. In 1963 Professor Paikai studied under Professor Marino Tiwanak and Sr. Chief Instructor Jaime Abregana Sr. also with Smiley Espinola and Don Abregano of CHA-3 Kenpo Karate Club. While serving in the U.S. Navy, he also studied under Head Instructor Ron Marcial, Charles Blevins and Art Smith of the Okinawan Karate, San Diego, California. Yokosuka Japan and Subic Bay, Philippines. From 1966 to 1968.
In 1969 Professor Paikai returned to CHA-3 Kenpo Karate Club under Chief Instructor Jack Pierce and Don Ahia where he received his Black Belt. He also studied under John Moralt of Limalama . Professor Paikai is also a recognized Instructor from Grandmaster Stephen Kupihea of Napualimalama and Grandmaster Ronnie Perreira of Limalama Martial Arts Academy.
Professor Guy Paikai is the assistant Instructor of the Paikai Kenpo Karate Club under Professor Errol Paikai. Professor Paikai joined the Hawaii Kenpo Jujitsu Society and was appointed to the Executive Board in 1997.
