 March 8, 1965 Born in Bielefeld
- 1979 Started martial arts training with Taekwondo
- 1984 Achieved my black belt ( 1st Dan ) in Taekwondo
- 1990 Started training in San-Jitsu Ryu with Grandmaster Frank E. Sanchez
- 2000 Received my black belt ( 1st Dan ) in Combat Stick Fight from the International Budo Federation, in Modern Arnis from the Modern Arnis Mano Mano Organization Germany, in San Jitsu Ryu from Grandmaster Sanchez as well as my 2nd Dan Stickcombat from the Martial Arts Association.
- 2001 Achieved my black belt ( 2nd Dan ) in Taekwondo from the Kun Tai Ko International Association of Budo and the 3rd Dan in Stick combat from the Martial Arts Association.
- 2002 3rd Dan Combat Stick Fight from the International Martial Arts Federation
- 2002 Head Instructor for Taekwondo, Arnis, Combat Stick Fight, Filipino Mano Mano and San Jitsu Ryu at my club TAO Bielefeld
- 2002 Member into the United States Martial Arts Association Hall of Fame as Instructor of the Year - Filipino Martial Arts, the World Head of Family Sokeship Council Hall of Fame as Instructor of the Year - San Jitsu Ryu , Germany and the Eastern USA International Martial Arts Association as Instructor of the Year.
- 2003 Achieved my black belt (3rd Dan) in Taekwondo from the International Martial Arts Federation and my Promotion certificate as Full Instructor of Combat Stick Fight. (Filipino Martial Arts)
