Professor Juan Hernandez

Professor Juan Hernandez     Born in Mazatlan, sin. Mexico...descendent of the yaqui Indians and gypsies... a mixture of bloods form his character and personality, an artist since he was born, sculptor, painter, writer, dancer, photographer, skills that match with his passion for the adventured and extreme sports...
     When young, he represented his country, within the arts and sports, always getting first places.... After finishing his university studies moved to California and studied English at San Jose city college and then San Francisco university studied theater, visual arts and cinematography, he continued his studies of cinematography in Chicago, where he is living since 1999,he studied in "el teatro campesino" with Luis Valdez, director of the movie "LA BAMBA"...participating in different plays.
     He has made several TV commercials for telemundo in San Jose, Los Angeles and Miami...got his first opportunity in the movies working whit "Edward James olmos ".... in the film DEAD MENS WALK".... filmed in Texas in 1995...and very soon he participated in Oher films such as, “Our Past...Geronimo...Texas...Voices of 1846...One Men’s Hero, American Lion and many others.
     He worked as instructor in several police corps in California and Chicago...he has painted more than 50 murals and have made several sculpture in Mexico and USA, very soon he will program, TOTAL DEFENSE SYSTEM" for security corps police and anti-kidnapping groups...
     He has 30 years experience in martial arts, specialized in different techniques, such as shotokan, aikido, mhuy thay, jujitsu and boxing...
     He got his first black belt from the Japanese instructor, Kenneth Funakoshi, descendent of the founder of modern karate, Ghichin Funakoshi...at present hi hold 4 Dan in this traditional system karate...He was a member of the Mexico national team, in 1990 got the gold medal in THE GOOD WILL GAMES". He got the medal...UNITED THE BEST OF THE WORLD.".... In Everest Washington, he won more than 100 trophies and medals and international competitions,...........He is a director of the organization KIOKAY in Mexico, whit more than 500 members.........director of the INTERNATIONAL MARTIAL ARTS FESTIVAL...celebrate every year in Mexico, attending a lot of participants and instructors of different styles and countries, this is the biggest event celebrate in Mexico...........nowadays he is combining his works in the cinematography as a STUNT MEN...FIGHT CHOREOGRAPER
