Professor Neil Hourston
Kyoshi Neil Hourston introduced Kempo to Scotland, he hails from the Orkney Islands, Scotland, and lives in the Highlands at Tain (which is Scotland's oldest Royal Burgh). Kyoshi is one of a few full-time Professional Martial Arts instructors in the UK and is Director and Chief Coach of the Scottish Kempo Academy.
Kyoshi Hourston commenced study of the Martial Arts in 1985, he is Founder of the Yoshin Kempo system and holds the rank of 7th Degree Black Belt Master instructor in the art. Kyoshi is also a 7th Degree Black Belt Master instructor in JuJitsu and has received numerous awards from international instructors including his current Kempo and JuJitsu ranks signed by 30 Masters and Grandmasters of the Hawaii Martial Arts International Society.

in the UK, USA, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Holland.
