The Hawaii Martial Arts International Society of Certified Instructors (HMAISCI) was founded in 2002. Our membership consists of individual martial artists who are actively involved in the Martial Arts or Retired. The HMAISCI serves as a certified registry for all legitimate and certified martial arts instructors for legitimacy purposes. A central source of registry and information for all to come and verify the legitimacy of a martial arts instructor. The HMAISCI also works to improve the image of the martial arts communities and instructors.

- After one year in good standing, you may also apply for promotion in your current style/discipline, which will be governed by three (3) certified Senior Grandmaster in your discipline.
Hawaii Martial Arts International Society of Certified Instructors Registration Application
The Hawaii Martial Arts International Society of Certified Instructors is one of the first acclaimed registries for all black belt instructors. By being a member as a registered certified black belt instructor will open a broader range of possibilities as well as a reputable reputation backed and certified by the Hawaii Martial Arts International Society of Certified Instructors Board.
HMAISCI offers two types of memberships for instructors, Regular and Associate. Regular membership is open to all certified martial arts instructors in their respective discipline. Associate members are those who have studied under the HMAIS system through it's training program or under a certified instructor within the system.
IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION FOR REGULAR MEMBERSHIP and REGISTRY, YOU MUST:
- Applicant must be a member in good standing in the Hawaii Martial
Arts International Society, according to the rules and regulation
adopted by the HMAIS.

Fill out the application (print out). Note: Applicant(s) must
submit one application per style and or system for certification to the
HMAISCI. You must send your application by email and by postal mail with your other requested materials.

We will need copies of all your certificates for each style of the
martial arts you have studied and have obtained the rank/degree of black belt.

Two passport pictures.

Send all the required documents to the email and postal address listed below.

All documents sent to HMAISCI will NOT be returned to applicant and becomes the property of HMAIS. All information submitted will be kept confidential at all times.

You must submit this application electronically (email your application, biography, photo) and by postal mail (hard copies of your application, biography, copies of certificates and photo.)
PROCESSING:
1. Once we have received all the necessary documents. The HMAISCI Board will review them for approval.
2. Once approved, the HMAISCI will post written or electronic notification that your application for registry has been approved. Upon notification you must sned in your required fee.
3. Once we receive your ree, You will be presented a certified certificate of rank approved by the HMAISCI Board, an identification card with your passport photo (provided by applicant.).
4. The applicant will be listed as a certified Black Belt Instructor for all to verify in our world wide registry.
5. If applicant provide any information is proven to be false after membership is issued, the HMAIS has the right to revoke and cancel your membership with no refund.
