HMAIS Family Tree Update for 2009

     If you would like to be listed in the Hawaii Martial Arts International Society Family Tree, you will need to send in all the names of the members you have promoted to the rank of black belt/instructor to be listed directly under you. If any of your black belts have branched out or have their own school, you will need to also list their students whom they have promoted to the rank of black belt instructor. The family tree is scheduled to be available at the HMAIS Hall of Fame in July 2009. Therefore you must submit your family tree no later than March 2009. If received after March 2009 will be add in the next printing. This is an on going project.

Instructions: (submit by email only)
1. List you name at the top,
2. List all black belts under you
3. Those who have a school/branch, list the (*) mark after their Name so we may identify theme,
4. Separately, list the name of the instructor for that branch with the names of any persons they have promoted to black belt instructor.
5. You may also send your school logo.
6. When emailing your family tree, be sure to type in "Family Tree 2009" in the Subject box in your email.
